About the numbers
- Do I have to count calories forever?
- No. The numbers are a starting reference so you can see where you are. Most people use them for a few weeks, learn what a day that hits protein looks like, and then stop measuring.
- Is protein safe if I am older?
- Protein matters more as you age, not less, because it protects the muscle you are building. If you have a kidney condition or any dietary restriction from your doctor, follow their guidance over any calculator.
- What if I do not have time to cook?
- Then we build the plan around the twenty minutes you actually have. Simple repeatable meals beat an ambitious plan you abandon in week two.
