Training

TWO WAYS
TO WORK

Both start the same way: a conversation, then light weights, so I can see exactly what you can do before anything gets written down.

01

In-Person Training

One-on-one sessions in Port Chester. We start slow with light weights to see exactly what you can do, with a lot of stretching in the beginning, and we take it from there.

  • A first session that is assessment and conversation, not a test
  • Range of motion work before load, every session
  • Movements swapped on the spot when something does not feel right
  • Reps and weights tracked so next week has a number to beat
  • Paced for high blood pressure and physical limitations

02

Nutrition Coaching

Eating built around the same idea as the training: start where you are, change one thing at a time, keep what survives a real week.

  • Daily calorie and protein targets you can actually hit
  • Changes made one at a time, not a full diet overhaul
  • Meals built from food you already buy and cook
  • Hydration and fiber habits that support recovery
  • Adjusted as your training load goes up
RUN YOUR NUMBERS →
The Real-Life Plan

Built for the twenty minutes you actually have

Two or three sessions a week is enough. Tired days get scaled, not skipped. Nothing here assumes your week goes to plan.
