SUCCESS STORY
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones. Until then, here is exactly how progress gets measured so you can judge the method instead of a quote.
Four things, every session
Range of motion
How far you reach, how deep you sit, how easily you get down and back up. The first thing that changes and the easiest to feel.
Load and reps
Written down every session. Not to impress anybody — so next week has something specific to beat.
Recovery between sets
How fast your breathing settles. This is the one that quietly tells us your conditioning is improving.
Daily life
Stairs, groceries, getting off the floor, how you feel the next morning. The reason you came in the first place.
What usually changes, and when
General training timelines for a consistent beginner — not a promise about you.
Weeks 1–3
The movements start feeling like yours. Same weight, less effort, because your body is learning the pattern.
Weeks 4–8
Strength climbs noticeably. Stairs and groceries get easier. Weights start going up in small, regular steps.
Weeks 9–12
Balance and steadiness improve, posture changes, and the routine stops feeling like something you have to remember.
